Enhanced Resource Allocation and Utilization

The Rubicon Group has adopted a series of three strategic initiatives as a means of seeking to fulfill the mission of the organization. Strategic Initiative #2 Focuses on Enhanced Resource Allocation and Utilization and includes the following:

• Share expertise, ideas, and human resources available to program participants as fully and completely as possible.
• Explore and implement cutting edge educational and clinical technologies among the participating institutions with a goal toward application of these technologies in emerging programs.
• Envision, design, plan and implement marketing and enrollment strategies as a group to facilitate a deeper applicant pool for all participating programs and explore strategic use of scholarship awards to facilitate the growth of the profession in key areas.
